Burger and Lobster has signed an exclusive partnership with Uber Eats to expand its delivery offering across the UK and trial new menu items designed specifically for at-home dining.

Under the agreement, the restaurant group will make its core menu available on Uber Eats, while also using the platform to test delivery-only dishes that will be exclusive to Uber Eats customers. The company said the move was intended to support growth in its delivery business and help it reach new customers.

The partnership will see Burger and Lobster offer a range of its established dishes for delivery, including burgers, lobster rolls and selected sides. In addition, the brand plans to introduce a series of new items inspired by existing menu favourites, which will be available only through Uber Eats and updated throughout the year.

Burger and Lobster said the arrangement would allow it to respond to rising demand for home delivery while experimenting with new products in a lower-risk environment.

Hannah Williams, marketing director at Burger and Lobster, said: “Partnering with Uber Eats gives us the tools to expand our reach, enhance delivery operations, and innovate through new dishes tailored for at-home dining.”

Saskia van der Post, head of EMEA at Uber Eats, added: “By testing and launching new dishes exclusively on Uber Eats, they’re giving customers first access to fresh menu creations they can’t get anywhere else.”

Burger and Lobster is now available to order on Uber Eats in London and Brighton.
