Family-run pub and restaurant in Lancashire hits the market
The Plough received an ‘England's Business’ Award for the best restaurant in Lancashire last summer and hosts live music performances throughout the year

The Plough, a family-run pub and restaurant near the village of Oswaldtwistle in Lancashire, has hit the market with an asking price of £435,000.
The Plough is an established public house known for serving cooked food and a wide range of wines, gins and cocktails.
The pub received an “England’s Business” Award for the best restaurant in Lancashire last summer and hosts live music performances throughout the year, having built up a loyal customer base.
The detached pub sits on a large plot and has been “well-maintained” and updated in recent years. The Plough is on the market due to the current owners wishing to retire.
James Dodd, business agent at Christie and Co who is handling the sale, said: “We are excited to be able to help the owners of award-winning pub The Plough find a new buyer. This is a great opportunity to take over a well-established business with fantastic potential, for example to extend the opening hours.”
