Callum Graham, chef at Michelin-starred Restaurant Bohemia, at The Club Hotel & Spa in Jersey, has reached the quarter-finals of MasterChef: The Professionals.
The BAFTA-winning show is back for its 11th series on BBC2 and features Greg Wallace, Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti searching to crown its 2018 champion. Graham successfully made it through to the quarter-finals, but was eliminated.
Graham has worked at a number of prestigious hotels and restaurants such as The Lanesborough, The Grand Hotel Kempinski in Geneva and Le Celadon in Paris, and joined Bohemia just over two years ago, where he works under the guidance of the renowned Michelin-starred chef, Steve Smith.
Bohemia is ranked the 14th best restaurant in the UK in the Good Food Guide 2019 and at number 57 in Square Meal’s ‘Top 100 Best Restaurants 2018’. Bohemia is the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to be featured in both lists.
