Marylebone Village to welcome new F&B occupiers

Marylebone Village is set to add a new selection of food and beverage and retail brands to the occupier line-up over the coming weeks, including Bayley and Sage, Granger and Co, Lina Stores, Cavita, Bobbies and Frame. The Howard de Walden Estate said that the signings attest to the continued confidence in bricks and mortar retail and further strengthens Marylebone Village’s offer. Jennie Allen, founder of Bayley and Sage deli and generalist store, will open in 33-34 Marylebone High Street, and Abode, the complementary homeware brand, will feature in the store. Additionally, Lina Stores restaurant and delicatessen will cover 5,250 sq ft set over two floors. Guests can eat dishes in the restaurant and also take away ingredients from its deli to recreate dishes at home. Australian chef Bill Granger will also open a Granger and Co restaurant at 105 Marylebone High Street in July, offering customers all-day dining, spread over 3,000 sq ft. Meanwhile, Cavita opened in May - Mexican chef Adriana Cavita’s first solo restaurant - which spans 4,000 sq ft at 56-60 Wigmore Street and will include their basement Mezcal bar, Mayahuel, set to open in the coming weeks. Parisian footwear designer, Bobbies, is also set to open its inaugural UK store, covering 1,200 sq ft, on 7 July at 102 Marylebone High Street. Additionally, The Los Angeles fashion brand FRAME has signed on an 1,800 sq ft flagship site at 94 Marylebone High Street, set to open its doors in autumn.
