Chelsea FC launches sports bar and restaurant

Chelsea Football Club has opened a new restaurant at their Stamford Bridge stadium.

The new restaurant which opened on 14 June will specialise in chargrilled steaks, alongside pizzas and bar snacks.

As many as 16 big screens have been installed in the bar which will show all of the weekend’s featured football matches across all the major sports channel, as well as American sports.

Simon Hunter, head of venue and development, said: “We’re delighted to open Frankie’s Sports Bar & Grill following a full refurbishment of the dining space and bar, ahead of the highly-anticipated World Cup this month.

“As well as being open all year-round to sports fans, the onsite bar and restaurant is available for private hire for corporate events or for family and friends to gather.”

The restaurant will be the second at the stadium alongside 55 Restaurant.
